Basically, I would like to create a universal calendar in Lotus Notes for the sole purpose of tracking employees vacation, for reference by others in the company. The employee can go in and enter the chunk of time they will be away. Others can view the entries, and add their own. Again, the only information I'd like this calendar to have is vacation time.

Seems simple enough, but I'm not seeing how to do this inherently in Lotus Notes. Any ideas?
